Mid Office Senior Business Analyst

What you will do:

• Develop, maintain, and improve standards for Deal Models across Origination countries.
• Gather, define, and document business and functional specifications to ensure clear understanding of stakeholder needs.
• Plan and coordinate international Deal Life Cycle (DLC) projects from specification to implementation.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure efficient IT development and project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Axpo's IT teams, adhering to established business analysis and project management frameworks.
• Ensure DLC processes are well-documented, updated, and maintained as tools and systems evolve.
• Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and tools.

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree in STEM, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; post-graduate education in product, project management, or business analysis is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, finance, or the energy sector.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with ETRM systems, preferably OpenLink Endur.
• Strong knowledge of international trading and/or commodity environments.
• Excellent technical analysis skills and experience designing business and functional requirements in complex organizations.
• Familiarity with Origination business is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills in international settings.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with a structured approach and customer-oriented focus.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
