Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong Project Management focus, capable of combining business vision, analytical skills, and leadership. You will act as the bridge between internal teams, the technical area, and clients, leading the design and evolution of data models, advanced reporting, and analytical solutions that support decision-making.

You will work alongside the Data team, coordinating their activities and taking on technical tasks when needed. If you enjoy transforming complex needs into clear and scalable solutions and thrive in dynamic environments with demanding timelines, this role is a great fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business & Management

• Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams, the technical area, and clients.
• Translate business needs into KPIs, reporting models, and solutions adapted to different user profiles.
• Actively participate in meetings, presentations, and improvement proposals, clearly communicating technical concepts.
• Prioritize tasks and manage resources to meet deadlines in highly dynamic environments.

Data & Reporting

• Design, maintain, and evolve Power BI dashboards, ensuring quality and scalability.
• Develop data models and ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Incorporate automation components and AI trends into developments, proposing continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with the Data team and assume technical tasks when required.

Technology & Operations

• The role involves working with an advanced set of tools for data management and analysis, with Power BI as the main platform for dashboard creation, reporting, and data modeling. Use of Power Apps, Excel, and Power Query complements analytical processes. Knowledge of tools such as Smartsheet and market-leading project management solutions is required, as they are essential for data capture and consolidation.
• Collaborate on technical and development tasks when necessary, applying programming knowledge to optimize solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid experience in hybrid roles such as Business Analyst / Project Manager, with a strong technical component.
• Advanced mastery of Power BI, data models, and DAX.
• Expert knowledge of Excel, Power Query, and Smartsheet.
• Programming knowledge such as M language, SQL, and Python.
• Familiarity with automation and AI trends applied to reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to work with multiple areas and manage strategic clients.
• Adaptable, solutions-oriented profile with strong execution skills in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in English (required).
