We are looking for a teachable

BUSINESS ANALYST

With expert-level Excel skills, a keen eye for quality and detail, and experience in budgeting, project and cost accounting.

Responsibilities
Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Prepare study budget estimates working with a team.

Develop and maintain detailed reports and databases.

Work in financial activities (cash-flow, project reconciliations, financial reports, B/S, P&L and job costing).

Assist in bid template updating using advanced Excel.

Aid where required in corporate reporting data support.

Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) to analyze and interpret study success data.

Manage and prepare study changes in scope, budgeting, project, and job costing activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather bid / costing requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.

Ensure high quality and attention to detail in all deliverables.

Create and maintain documentation of business processes and workflows.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.

Entry-level experience in Accounting, Business Analyst or similar role.

Exposure to accounting concepts (

P&L, accruals, invoicing, cash-flow, purchase orders

).

Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization.

Education or job experience in accounting, budgeting, project, and job costing.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Familiarity with budgeting.
