About the Role We are looking for a technical sales specialist to contribute to achieving commercial objectives by acquiring and retaining customers in the Community of Madrid and Castilla -La Mancha, providing specialized technical advice on solutions for urban planning, parks and gardens, light construction, enclosures and flooring. The position has both technical and commercial focus, requiring experience to provide sound advice to clients (architects, engineers, construction companies, public administrations), instilling confidence in installation and assembly processes. The role reports directly to the Sales Director. Main Functions • Develop the assigned business area through frequent visits to potential and existing customers. • Identify and manage business opportunities in construction, urban planning and landscaping projects up to the preparation of the corresponding proposals. • Provide technical advice on products and solutions: installation processes, material behavior, applicable regulations. • Support clients in the design and execution phase of projects, promptly resolving technical questions. • Prepare technical–economic proposals (budgets, offers) and follow -ups. • Represent the company at trade fairs, technical conferences and presentations. • Record activity in the CRM and prepare regular reports to the Sales Management. • Manage incidents, ensuring deadlines and quality of service are met. Requirements • University degree: Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, Landscaping and similar or Higher Vocational Training in Construction, Civil Works or similar, with experience on site and with materials. • Experience in technical or tech–sales positions, preferably in the construction, civil engineering, materials or plastic solutions sector. Experience working directly on site: site manager, technical manager or similar is highly preferred. • An active network of contacts in the public and private sector in the assigned areas will be valued. • High technical ability: understanding of material behavior, ability to communicate clearly and instructively with both technical and non -technical profiles. • Initiative, autonomy and results orientation. • Interpersonal skills: empathy, active listening and ability to build trust. • Organization, planning and persistence. • Catalan proficiency is mandatory. • Digital competence: fluent use of Office and CRM. • Driving license and willingness to frequent travel within the target business area.
