En Stahls' TPT somos expertos en la producción de transfer y personalización de textil.
Como Auxiliar administrativo trabajarás dentro del Departamento de Customer Service, especializado en la atención y soporte a los clientes con sede en Francia.
Entre las funciones a desempeñar están:
Atención al cliente (tanto vía telefónica como vía mail)
Asesoramiento y soporte en los pedidos
Introducir los pedidos en el sistema interno para su posterior producción
Seguimiento del proceso de producción
Seguimiento y resolución de incidencias
¿Qué perfil queremos incorporar?
- IMPRESCINDIBLE dominio completo de inglés y francés, tanto oral como escrito (se realizará prueba)
Experiencia en puestos de atención al cliente
Persona paciente, amable y con buena interlocución
Imprescindible vehículo propio para acceder hasta las instalaciones
Persona comprometida y con interés en desarrollarse laboralmente en la compañía
Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa
Sueldo: 17.000,00€-20.000,00€ al año
