¿Qué buscamos?
En DSV Contract Logistics Madrid - IFema, queremos incorporar a un Customer Service Specialist en el equipo de Fairs & Events. Su misión principal será ofrecer una atención al cliente de calidad, tanto telefónica, presencial como por correo electrónico, garantizando un servicio eficaz y orientado a la satisfacción del cliente.
Entre otras tareas, las principales serán:
- Atención al cliente dentro al equipo de Fairs & Events con la gestión de presupuestos de servicios de transporte y logística solicitados por los clientes.
- Contacto por email y telefónico con los distintos clientes de las ferias/congresos.
- Elaboración de ordenes de trabajo basadas en las solicitudes presupuestadas.
- Resolución de incidencias.
- Coordinación ordenes de trabajo a realizar para cada cliente en la feria.
- Seguimiento de la facturación y de los pagos realizados por los clientes.
¿Qué requisitos debes reunir?
Disponibilidad para trabajar con
turnos rotativos de 08:30h-17:00h y de 13:00h-21:30h
, incluido fines de semana.
Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en Atención al cliente.
CFGS en Administración y Finanzas, Auxiliar Administrativo o similar.
Buen nivel de inglés (B2) y muchas ganas de aprender en un entorno internacional.
Capacida de adaptación a los cambios con actitud resiliente y flexible. Persona estructurada y motivadora, que disfrute trabajando en equipo y aportando soluciones con impacto.
