About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Head of Legal to oversee the company's legal function across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full legal documentation workflow, developing internal policies and procedures, supporting key projects, and handling regulatory matters related to licensed financial institutions in Europe, Asia, and the United Kingdom.
Experience within licensed or regulated financial institutions is essential. Knowledge of cryptocurrency-related products and compliance frameworks will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage the company's legal documentation, contracts, and internal regulatory records.
· Draft, review, and update corporate policies, procedures, and internal governance documents.
· Provide legal support for internal projects and initiatives across multiple business units.
· Manage regulatory matters related to Europe, Asia, and the United Kingdom, including interactions with regulators and preparation of required legal materials.
· Ensure compliance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory obligations.
· Advise senior management on legal risks, operational matters, and regulatory strategy.

· Support international expansion initiatives and evaluate legal risks in new markets.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a senior legal professional in a regulated or licensed financial institution.
· Strong knowledge of corporate, regulatory, and financial legal frameworks in the EU, UK, and/or Asia.
· Experience supporting cross-border operations and multi-jurisdictional regulatory matters.
· Prior experience with crypto-related products or digital assets law is a strong advantage.
· Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently, lead cross-functional tasks, and manage complex workloads.
· Fluency in English and Russian.
· Based in Spain or willing to relocate.
