Aventus Group, a leading international fintech group, is looking for a dynamic Head of Collections ready to relocate to Spain, join our team, and make a significant impact on the world of finance.

Now we are expanding our operations in Spain and are looking for a motivated leader to join us on this exciting journey.

We are looking for a candidate with:

High motivation and a desire to unlock their potential in the fintech world;

Consistency in decision-making and a proven leadership track record;

Experience as a Team Leader in Collections, Collections Supervisor, Deputy Head of Collections, or Head of Collections;

At least 2 years of managerial experience with strong focus on decision-making and accountability;

Advanced Excel skills and fluency in Russian and English.

As our Head of Collections in Spain, you will:

Lead the development of our collections team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability;

Develop methodologies, motivation systems, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal performance;

Create a strategy for managing non-performing loans using technical collection tools and collaborate with the IT team for integration;

Be responsible for the performance and results of the collections department, striving for success and achieving goals.
