new playgrounds and redefine what is physically possible.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Southern Europe commercial strategy, based on the global strategy to drive profitable growth within the wholesale channel, identifying and prioritizing key points of sale.
- Focus on Southern Europe to achieve commercial growth targets
- Manage and support the sales agent team to drive growth by opening new doors, placing orders, and ensuring reorders from partners.
- Monitor wholesalers performance and implement action plans to improve sell-in, sell-through, and brand execution.
- Follow up with sales agents on the execution of in-store activations, product trials, and brand presentations
- Establish and manage strong relationships with key accounts
- Create and execute annual business plans with key accounts to ensure Näak product visibility across stores and channels
- Define & organise a local activation plan (based on door value) and optimize sell-out.
- Set up a retail calendar activations such as tastings, product trials, community runs, workshops, talks, challenges, etc., either in-store or outdoors.
- Coordinate closely with the customer service team to ensure operational excellence
- Analyze KPIs by market and by key account to identify opportunities and challenges
- Be present at major trail and road running events in Southern Europe to network with local communities, visit stores, and support sales agents
- Conduct regular field visits to connect with key local partners and stores alongside agents, strengthen team engagement, deliver product training, and gain deep insight into market trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, retail, or commercial roles within the sports nutrition,
- outdoor, endurance, or FMCG industry
- Proven experience managing wholesale accounts and sales agent networks, preferably across Southern Europe
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth, opening new doors, and increasing sell-through in retail environments
- Experience working with key accounts, including annual planning, negotiations, and in-store activation strategies
- Hands-on experience with field sales, including regular store visits and on-the-ground market execution
- Proven ability to analyze sales KPIs and translate data into actionable commercial strategies
- Experience supporting or activating sports events (trail running, road running, cycling, or endurance events) is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in an international, fast-growing brand with cross-functional teams based in different geographies and time zone.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Southern Europe
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Italian
