Your mission

Main Mission:
El/la Sales Manager contribuye a la definición de la política comercial y garantiza su implementación eficaz en el territorio. Supervisa la ejecución de la estrategia, analiza resultados, evalúa el retorno de la inversión y activa acciones correctivas para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos. Lidera, coordina, informa y desarrolla a los Directores Regionales, impulsando la excelencia comercial y la consistencia operativa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participar en la elaboración de la estrategia y política comercial, asegurando su correcta ejecución en el terreno.

  • Analizar resultados comerciales, KPIs y ROI, identificando oportunidades de mejora y proponiendo acciones correctivas.

  • Dirigir, coordinar y acompañar a los Directores Regionales para garantizar alineación, foco y ejecución impecable.

  • Formar y desarrollar al equipo en técnicas de venta, análisis de negocio, planificación y calidad de visita.

  • Trabajar transversalmente con Marketing Activation (DCPC y PHC), KAM y Corporate para asegurar coherencia entre estrategia, activación y planes de cliente.

Who you are ?

Education

  • Grado universitario en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Marketing, Ciencias de la Salud o equivalente.

  • Formación complementaria en gestión comercial, ventas, liderazgo o business analytics es un plus.

  • Valorable formación de posgrado (MBA, Executive Program).

Professional Experience

  • Experiencia mínima de 5–7 años en roles comerciales dentro del sector farmacéutico o consumer health.

  • Experiencia previa liderando equipos.

  • Trayectoria demostrada en ejecución comercial, análisis de negocio, gestión de KPI y mejora del rendimiento.

  • Experiencia en trabajo transversal con marketing, activación comercial y equipos corporativos.
