Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and forward-thinking Business Development Specialist to drive new business growth within the Keyrus Spain Sales team.

  • Start date: March 2026
  • Hybrid setting in Madrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities aligned with Keyrus' strategic growth objectives in data analytics, data management, data science, AI, and cloud/digital projects.
  • Identify and prospect large accounts (companies with 500+ employees) in strategic sectors.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline, leveraging the best tools and outreach strategies to attract and qualify potential clients.
  • Design and execute entry and engagement plans with key decision-makers (CIO, CEO, IT & Business General Management).
  • Establish and nurture high-value relationships with potential clients, positioning Keyrus as a trusted partner.
  • Detect training needs and prepare tailored language training proposals (in-person, online, phone-based, AI-powered).
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate actively with internal teams from other (local) departments and at the group level by interacting with colleagues in other countries.
  • Achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Work closely with key technology partners (Alteryx, Snowflake, Databricks, Qlik, Tableau, AWS, Microsoft) to generate leads, conduct joint sales, and strengthen market presence.

Requirements for the role

  • 4+ years of experience in consulting (boutiques, Big Four, tech firms) or in Sales, Presales, or New Business Development roles
  • Educational background in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration, or a related field. Postgraduate or Master's degrees will be highly valued
  • Strong communication skills
  • Teamwork, collaboration and empathy skills
  • Client and stakeholder management
  • Proactive and organised, with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and align them with Keyrus' solutions
  • Professional proficiency in the Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Advanced English and Spanish (C1 or higher)

Nice To Have

  • Experience in technology and/or strategy consulting, software sales, or data solutions sales.
  • Knowledge of AI, cloud and multicloud architectures.
  • Experience using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
