Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated SDR Intern to join our sales and business development team starting in Q The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and excited to engage with prospects across the international music and tech ecosystem. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting our growth strategy.

Description

Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)

Start Date: Q1 2026

Language Requirements: Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)

We are a global music-tech platform dedicated to empowering artists and industry professionals through career development tools and data-driven solutions. Based in Madrid, we are a fast-growing startup at the intersection of music, technology, and professional development.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify potential clients across music, entertainment, and technology sectors
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and occasional calls
  • Qualify leads and set up introductory meetings for the sales team
  • Assist with CRM management and maintain accurate lead data
  • Support sales campaigns, outreach sequences, and market research
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and target audiences
  • Learn key sales methodologies and contribute to a dynamic startup environment

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1/C2); Spanish is a plus
  • Currently enrolled in a university program or eligible for an internship agreement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in music, startups, or technology
  • Organized, self-driven, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (Madrid-based)
