¿Qué harás?

Il tuo ruolo: Customer Service Specialist

Come specialista del servizio clienti, il tuo obiettivo principale sarà quello di aumentare la quota di mercato nell'area geografica assegnata, fornendo un servizio eccellente e soluzioni su misura per ogni cliente.

Responsabilità principali:

-Preparazione e follow-up delle offerte per i piccoli clienti.

-Gestione dei reclami e risoluzione delle problematiche.

-Inserimento e monitoraggio degli ordini.

-Creazione e gestione di nuovi account.

-Rappresentanza dell'azienda in fiere ed eventi (1-2 volte all'anno).

-Hai almeno una laurea triennale completata.

-Parli fluentemente italiano (madrelingua), spagnolo e inglese.

-Hai almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel servizio clienti in un ruolo simile.

-Sei orientato ai risultati e alle soluzioni.

-Dimostri flessibilità, impegno, risolutezza, resistenza allo stress e un atteggiamento proattivo.

-Comprendi il concetto di vendita consulenziale, pensando alle esigenze del cliente con una visione più ampia rispetto al solo prodotto.
