Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve inquiries and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain documentation of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve service and processes
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Italian speakers, with strong communication skills in English
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience
  • A passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
