Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic FinTech company based in Greece. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the financial technology sector and are eager to provide exceptional service. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and support them in navigating financial products and services in Italian.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Italian
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding account setups, transactions, and financial services
- Assist with troubleshooting account-related issues and guide customers through the resolution process
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, aiming for high customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up
- Collaborate with technical departments to address any issues impacting customer experience
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide valuable insights to customers
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the FinTech or financial services industry
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for customers
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries effectively
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and basic financial concepts
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
