The Role:
Cross Border Talents is urgently recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative for a part-time role with this globally recognized fashion company based in Barcelona. As a customer service representative, youll be a key player in delivering top-tier support to customers, assisting them with inquiries, orders, and returns. This is an immediate opening for individuals fluent in Dutch and English, offering you the chance to work in a fast-paced, engaging environment where youll represent a brand that is synonymous with style and innovation.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Customer Interaction: Provide world-class customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, answering inquiries across various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist customers with their orders, returns, product availability, and more, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
  • Brand Representation: You'll be an ambassador for one of the biggest names in global fashion, ensuring that each interaction maintains the brand's high standards of customer care.
  • Support with Personalization: Help customers navigate their shopping experience, suggesting products and providing tailored assistance to enhance their overall experience.

Role Details:

  • Part-Time: 30 hours per week
  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 15:00 21:00
  • Location: On-site in Barcelona

What Youll Receive:

  • Competitive Salary: 14,200 EUR annually
  • KPI Bonus: Up to 1,060 EUR annually based on performance
  • Relocation Assistance:
    • Flight reimbursement up to 500EUR

  • Meal Allowance: Daily allowance for meals

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in Dutch (C2) and English (B2)
  • Customer-centric attitude: A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Eligible to Work in Spain: A valid Spanish Residence Card or EU ID is required.
  • Availability for Immediate Start: This is an urgent hire, and we are looking for candidates who can jump in quickly.
