Tu Rol
Buscamos un/a Digital Advertising Sales Manager
con un sólido network en el mercado publicitario español (agencias de medios, trading desks y anunciantes) para liderar el desarrollo comercial de Qrate en España. Serás responsable de todo el ciclo de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre, y de construir relaciones estratégicas dentro del ecosistema programático.
Responsabilidades
- Desarrollar y gestionar una cartera comercial con agencias, trading desks y anunciantes.
- Posicionar Qrate como solución clave para
mejorar la eficiencia, la brand safety y el control del contexto publicitario
. - Crear, negociar y cerrar deals programáticos (PMPs, Curated Deals, Marketplaces privados).
- Educar al mercado sobre el valor de la
curación contextual
y su impacto en KPIs y resultados. - Trabajar con equipos internos (Ad Operations, Producto, Marketing) para garantizar activaciones excelentes y rendimiento óptimo de campañas.
- Representar a Qrate en reuniones, presentaciones y eventos del sector.
Requisitos
- +3 años de experiencia en
ventas digitales
dentro del mercado publicitario español. - Red de contactos consolidada en
agencias de medios, trading desks programáticos y anunciantes
. - Conocimiento práctico del ecosistema
programático
(DSP, SSP, Deal IDs, segmentación contextual, brand suitability). - Historial demostrado en la
generación de ingresos y cierre de acuerdos
. - Excelentes capacidades de comunicación y negociación en
español e inglés
. - Se valorará experiencia previa con DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Adform o soluciones de contextual targeting.
