As the Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our market development, working with leading advertisers, agencies, and DSPs to unlock and maximize revenue opportunities in the region.

You'll serve as the market expert for Ogury, advocating for our solutions and fostering strong relationships with both new and existing partners

In this role, you will have a direct impact on Ogury's global programmatic offering. By collaborating closely with the global team, you will help identify new growth opportunities, promote Ogury's solutions, and act as an educator for both internal and external stakeholders.

Your contributions will be vital in building Ogury's programmatic presence in the Spanish market, executing our go-to-market strategy, and identifying key business opportunities. You'll play an integral role in shaping Ogury's future in Spain, helping to establish long-term, successful partnerships.

This role reports directly to our Sales Director, and together, you'll drive the local sales strategy to secure revenue and ensure Ogury's continued success in the region.

What you will be doing
  • Support new business development efforts across agencies, brands, and DSPs in Spain
  • Assist in managing and growing existing client relationshipsHelp prepare sales pitches, proposals, and campaign recommendations
  • Support programmatic revenue growth in collaboration with senior sales colleagues
  • Maintain and update pipeline tracking and sales forecastsParticipate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Represent Ogury at selected industry events and networking opportunities
  • Build knowledge of Ogury's solutions, the Spanish market, and programmatic advertising
What you will bring to Ogury
  • First professional experience in sales, account management, media, or digital advertising
  • Strong interest in digital advertising and programmatic ecosystems
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a structured, supportive sales environment
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, curious, and coachable mindset
  • Fluent Spanish and professional English
