We're hiring Project Manager – U.S. Market

Based in Catalonia |

Are you ready to lead cross-functional projects in an ambitious, international environment?

Your responsibilities:

  • Build a strong and coordinated team, with our US Team.
  • Lead and execute locally the projects previously aligned with our US project leader, from concept to execution, ensuring time, scope, and budget.
  • Coordinate cross-department teams (Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain...) to reach perfect project implementation.
  • Tailor go-to-market and marketing strategies to the U.S. market.
  • Support product launches, packaging and promotional campaigns for the U.S.
  • Travel to our U.S. Office (approx. twice a year).

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience
    in project management or marketing, in FMCG or retail.
  • Strong Microsoft office
    tools experience and a consistent P&L management record.
  • Solid presentation skills
    , to present and build strong sales pitch.
  • Knowledge of the U.S
    . market or direct experience working with/in the US will be a plus.
  • Native-level or fluent
    English
    .
  • Hands-on, results-oriented profile, comfortable in multicultural teams.
