Brief Call
: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you
Interviews
(the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities
Case study
: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- 5+ years of professional experience in CRM, marketing technology, or digital project management.
- Proven background in industries where loyalty programs are strategic (e.g., retail, hospitality, travel, or consumer goods).
- Solid understanding of loyalty and CRM platforms such as Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, SAP Emarsys, Oracle CX, or Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs and interpret data (familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in PMP, Agile, or Scrum is considered a strong advantage.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of loyalty projects, from concept and planning to execution and rollout.
- Act as the key bridge between business, marketing, data, and IT teams, ensuring alignment with strategic and digital objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including CRM, marketing, data analytics, legal, and external vendors.
- Manage the implementation and integration of CRM and loyalty platforms, ensuring seamless omnichannel experiences.
- Define and track loyalty program KPIs such as member growth, retention, average order value, and churn reduction.
