to lead our digital projects. This role is key for proactive individuals with

At Novicell, a Project Manager's responsibilities include

• Lead and manage multiple digital projects
  of medium-to-high complexity end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Novicell standards.
• Own project scoping, planning, and prioritisation of the roadmap
  , translating business needs into actionable plans, timelines, and clear deliverables.
• Act as the budget owner
  , monitor burn rate, provide forecasts, and manage trade-offs among scope, time, and cost.
• Ensure
  smooth coordination
  across delivery teams and client stakeholders, facilitating a shared understanding of goals and expectations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate
  operational and commercial risks
  , keeping projects on track through data-driven decision-making.
• Lead status meetings and
  steering committees
  , transparently communicating progress and presenting results and recommendations to executive levels.
• Support presales and business development
  activities by contributing to the definition of realistic project approaches and validating capacity models.
• Maintain
  strong stakeholder management
  , aligning expectations and resolving conflicts effectively.

You are our Project Manager if...

• Proven Experience:
  3+ years of hands-on project management experience
  in the digital, technological, or IT & Marketing sectors.
• Analytical & Numerical Skills:
  Proven ability to analyse data, manage budgets and numbers, with rigorous attention to detail and a strategic mind.
• Leadership and Adaptability:
  Ability to lead and motivate a project team (both internal and client-side) and implement appropriate methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) based on client needs.
• Certification & Tools:
  Recognised project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar). Advanced proficiency in tools like Jira, Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, and Excel.
• Communication & Negotiation:
  Outstanding ability for communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Language:
  Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with
  SEO, SEM, UX/UI, and web analytics is a plus
  .

A typical day at Novicell

At Novicell, a Project Manager's day is a dynamic mix of strategic planning and execution. It often begins with a stand-up meeting to align on project updates and priorities across your portfolio. From there, you could be presenting a critical project roadmap, refining a commercial forecast, or collaborating with a technical architect to mitigate a delivery risk. The day often concludes with ensuring all strategic decisions are documented and communicated transparently to keep your high-complexity projects on track and aligned with client objectives.
