The Role

Ensure efficient and coordinated management of the internship program, improving the intern experience and providing operational support to the team, while developing talent with leadership competencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the selection and recruitment of new interns, including posting opportunities on LinkedIn.
  • Support the creation and execution of internship agreements, working in direct contact with universities and business schools.
  • Act as a point of reference for other interns, facilitating communication, resolving questions, and monitoring tasks.
  • Develop management and leadership skills aligned with young talent programs and succession plans.

Experience, Education & Skills

  • Psychology (organizational specialty) / Degree in Human Resources / Sociology with a business focus
  • Office Suite
  • English B2

  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive learning attitude
