Seeking a Fashion Industry CCO/Co-Founder for Pastels

Pastels is a music-branding agency built around the idea that sound is an untapped luxury asset. We create sonic identities, cultural strategy and music-driven brand worlds for fashion, luxury and hospitality, helping brands express themselves with the same intentionality they use in design, visual identity and experience.

Pastels is already defined creatively. The systems, the aesthetic language, the positioning, the work, the vision, that's all in place. What I'm looking for now is a partner who can grow it: someone who understands how luxury moves, how culture shapes brand value, and how to build strategic relationships that open doors globally.

This person MUST have existing connections in key fashion houses that can be developed as prospective clients.

What the role involves:

  • Developing and driving Pastels' commercial strategy
  • Building relationships in luxury fashion, hospitality, and high-end creative sectors
  • Turning cultural positioning into long-term partnerships and retainers
  • Opening new markets and collaborations across Europe, the LATAM, MENA and key cultural hubs
  • Shaping the business side of the agency alongside me as we scale
  • Using your network to bring new clients to Pastels
  • Guide the existing team of global ambassadors to success
