 con
un perfil Support Technician.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

  • Apoyarás al equipo en la asistencia técnica a partners de telefonía fija y móvil, usando herramientas de ticketing y vía telefónica.
  • Colaborarás en la gestión de incidencias, interactuando con otros departamentos como Ingeniería, Software o Infraestructura.
  • Participarás en la formación del equipo de primer nivel de atención para mejorar su eficiencia.
  • Escalarás incidencias a proveedores u otros departamentos tras realizar análisis y pruebas conjuntas.
  • Monitorizarás degradación de servicios y detección de problemas recurrentes.
  • Colaborararás en proyectos de mejora de sistemas de telefonía, proponiendo soluciones que optimicen el servicio y la experiencia del cliente.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Conocimientos básicos de telefonía VoIP (protocolo SIP, RTP, RTCP, TLS) y tecnologías móviles.
  • Fundamentos de redes (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS).
  • Experiencia 2 años en puesto similar.

¿Qué valoramos?

  • Certificaciones de redes (Cisco).
  • Nivel de inglés.
