WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Provide technical and operational support for serialization systems on packaging lines.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (vision systems, printers, scanners, PLCs).
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical track-and-trace regulations (DSCSA, EU FMD).
• Execute equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) for serialization components.
• Support installation and validation of serialization systems on new lines.
• Collaborate with automation and IT teams for integration (MES, SCADA, SQL databases).
• Manage incidents and changes using tools like ServiceNow, following SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and participate in audits.
• Work with global teams and vendors to implement upgrades and improvements.
• Analyze performance data and propose process optimizations.
• Maintain accurate documentation for systems and procedures.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Higher vocational training or university degree in Automation.
• Fluent in Spanish
• Advanced level of English
• Experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, vision inspection systems.
• Knowledge of SCADA systems, MES/OEM integration, and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical serialization solutions (Systech, Antares, Seavision, Tracelink).
• Understanding of GMP processes and packaging qualification standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot network and serialization issues.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Soft skills: problem-solving, multitasking, cross-cultural collaboration, ability to work independently.
