Your mission
:

  • Month-end closing coordination and review of the key activities and reporting

Monthly activities:

  • Supervision of the team's monthly tasks across various processes (banks, treasury, accounts payable, etc.).
  • Follow-up on the team's planning, resource allocation, and time tracking.
  • Management of client requests and prioritization.
  • Ensure and control the productivity of the team as well as the profitability of the project
  • Ensure all deliverables are sent on time and manner to the client and corresponding stakeholders.
  • Follow-up and planning of team's activities to ensure effective delivery
  • Training and support to all professionals in their team
  • Organize and manage time and resources to answer client's demand
  • Monitoring of the project's key KPIs

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Additional training and knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Taxation are a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience in a multinational environment.
  • Required previous experience in consultancy or Big4.
  • Team management experience.
  • Reporting knowledge (deadlines, task management, etc.).
  • High proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision, or similar) and Excel.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in French (B2 level or higher).
  • Interest and ability to multitask in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict reporting deadlines.
