EBRO EV MOTORS is seeking a proactive and results-driven Accounting Manager for Spain. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and supporting the financial processes of the legendary EBRO brand.

The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the consolidation of all companies within the group, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting across multiple entities. You will oversee accounting operations, guarantee adherence to local and international regulations, and manage accounting closings, reporting, and audit processes. This role requires close collaboration with the Finance team and other departments to ensure that consolidated reporting truly reflects the group's financial position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the general accounting of all companies within the group.
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process (local regulations and/or IFRS).
  • Implement and maintain consistent accounting policies across all subsidiaries.
  • Control and validate accounting closings, provisions, amortizations, and intercompany adjustments.
  • Prepare and review annual accounts, financial statements, and management reports.
  • Manage the proper elimination of intragroup transactions and analyze variances.
  • Propose improvements in processes, tools, automation, and consolidation systems.
  • Provide support to the Finance Department, including preparing presentations for the Executive Committee.
  • Implement internal controls and collaborate on improving financial processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or similar.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in accounting and group consolidation.
  • Solid knowledge of Spanish GAAP and accounting standards; IFRS experience is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with consolidation tools will be valued.
  • Strong analytical skills, organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience managing multiple entities or complex environments.
  • Experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Advanced level of English.
