Due to our own growth, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our client-focused accounting team as a Manager of Accounting. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Oversee relationships with clients operating across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal service standards. Collaborate closely with the Statutory Compliance Manager to ensure full compliance with local regulations, and with internal teams across payroll, corporate secretarial, and other service areas to deliver a seamless client experience.. International Accounting Oversight: Maintain centralized accounting records for clients' international entities. Prepare regular financial and consolidated reports for client headquarters, including profit & loss analysis and balance sheet reconciliations. Financial Reporting & Tax Coordination: Work with team members to prepare financial statements and support tax filings. Client Advisory: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and advice on accounting and financial matters. Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with external advisors such as lawyers, tax consultants, and auditors. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams managing multi-country payroll, corporate secretarial, and other services to ensure seamless delivery. Process Documentation: Maintain and update workflow documentation to ensure consistency and transparency. Growth & Expansion Consulting: Advise clients on international expansion, including market entry strategies and improvements to financial reporting systems, especially around funding rounds. Qualifications, Skills & Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience, ideally in a multinational or international environment. Relevant accounting qualification. Strong background in international accounting, with experience working abroad, supporting international clients, or within a shared services setup. General understanding of payroll practices and basic corporate secretarial procedures. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, Visma, Xledger, NetSuite, etc. Understanding of system integration and cross-platform financial reporting.
