From the **CORPORATE **business unit, we are looking for a** Accounting & Administration Manager**. This figure must be located in our office in **Barcelona**.
**What will your responsibilities be?**
Responsibilities about **Spanish **companies, and soft affiliated companies currently**:Portugal**, **France**, **Morocco** & **Greece**:
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash management and taxes.
- Oversee, follow-up and support the financial audits with external auditors.
- Manage and deliver, with the support of local advisors, financial statements for local authorities
- Manage relationship and negotiation with banks.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and reports, to holding on time.
- Manage technical accounting and taxes issues for compliance.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Develop and document, business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Oversees day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.

**Requirements**:
**You are the talent we are looking for if...**
- Bachelor degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- A master would be appreciated
- Proven working experience as an Accounting & Administration Manager or Finance Manager. At least 5 years' experience minimum
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & ERP Advanced User (AX - Dynamics 365)
- Spanish and English (Upper B2 or C1). A 3th language would be a plus (French, Portuguese, Greek...)
