Due to our dynamic development in Spain, we are looking for an ambitious and analytical HR Trainee to join our local HR team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hard HR area, supporting a rapidly growing international retail organization.
Your main responsibilities:
Support the HR department in administrative and payroll-related processes.
Prepare and maintain employee documentation, contracts, and personnel files.
Assist in data entry, control, and analysis using HR systems and Excel.
Support in reporting HR metrics and ensuring data accuracy.
Cooperate with external payroll providers and internal departments (Finance, Operations).
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within HR.
What we expect:
Degree (or final-year student) in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or related field or high level degree in Administration.
Strong interest in hard HR processes, payroll, and data management.
Advanced Excel skills – you will be tested during the recruitment process.
High level of English – interviews will be conducted in English.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Italian will be considered a strong plus.
