Your mission
Responsibilities
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides technical support to clients, investors, and developers worldwide. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assess renewable energy projects: analyze the technical and economic feasibility of photovoltaic and other clean energy projects, ensuring that each installation meets the highest standards.
- Perform energy yield assessments: carry out EYA analyses (P50–P99), verifying data, methodologies, and expected performance.
- Review designs and sites: assess the technical suitability of land, rooftops, or infrastructures through desktop studies and on-site inspections.
- Review financial models: analyze CAPEX, OPEX, revenues, and assumptions, providing technical insight to ensure consistency and economic feasibility.
- Support contractual and regulatory reviews: provide technical input on EPC, O&M, and PPA contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance and grid connection readiness.
- Grid connection: oversee the technical and regulatory compliance of commissioning procedures, ensuring all projects meet local and international requirements.
- Permits and certifications: verify licenses, permits, and applicable regulations at each project stage, ensuring proper management and compliance.
- Participate in international projects: collaborate with teams across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
What we'd love to see in your profile
We're looking for a technically curious, analytical, and sustainability-driven professional. To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:
- Technical education in Electrical, Renewable, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field) that allows you to understand the technical aspects of projects in depth.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in engineering or consulting for photovoltaic or energy projects.
- Solid knowledge of PV technology, financial models, and risk analysis, key to ensuring project reliability.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and preferably experience with PVsyst or similar energy simulation tools.
- High level of English (other languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are an advantage), as you'll collaborate with international clients and investors.
