Your Mission in This Role
As a
Project Manager in Renewable Energy
, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering international photovoltaic projects. You'll be the key link between technical teams, clients, and contractors—ensuring that every detail of each project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Your Main Missions Will Include

• Lead engineering and construction projects for solar PV plants, coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals.
• Represent OCA Global before the client, maintaining fluent communication and trust to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Supervise technical and administrative progress, controlling costs, timelines, and documentation with precision.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and review technical documentation and drawings, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and safety regulations.
• Manage risks and define mitigation plans, guaranteeing sustainability and a positive impact throughout the project's lifecycle.

What We'd Love To See In Your Profile
We're looking for a professional with solid technical expertise, strategic vision, and genuine passion for renewable energy.

• Education: Degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience: At least 8 years in solar PV project management, ideally as an Owner's Engineer or Lender's Technical Advisor.
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in solar energy systems, electrical infrastructure, construction supervision, and quality and safety standards.
• Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken (international environment).
• Key Skills: Leadership, organization, communication, and the ability to coordinate multicultural teams.
• PMP certification or similar is a plus.
