Our specialty gases are high-purity gases, rare gases, andcustomized mixtures, designed for highly specific and critical applications insectors like electronics, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, welding, andchemicals, offering innovative and tailored solutions for Industry 4.0.We're seeking a dynamic professional with proven expertise inbusiness development. The European Business Development Senior Manager willdemonstrate exceptional strategic thinking, the ability to identify marketopportunities, build lasting partnerships, and deliver innovative solutionsthat drive growth across diverse industries.Key Responsibilities:The employee will be responsible for specialty gases businessdevelopment and sales in Europe. Main tasks will include:Consolidated P&L, strategy and mid-term plan for specialty gases in Europe.Lead the European specialty gases network; define KPIs and actions, regular meetings and follow-ups, report activities to the regions etc.Activities and results reporting according to company requirements.Provide support to the regional specialty gases sales team through customer visits, products and applications expertise.Proactively develop the specialty gases segment through new applications, equipment and services, OEMs, R&D and innovation.Identify and conclude on M&A and partner opportunities across Europe.Actively look for opportunities to grow in new geographical areas. Job requirements Background andQualifications:Engineeringor Master's degree preferably in a technical field.Fluent English. Other European languages are a plus.At least 7 years' experience in similar position or with relevant expertise in commercial skills, data handling and contract implementation.Proven experience in specialty gases business, strong product and industry segment knowledge.Proactive individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of building relationships and driving results in a dynamic environment.Others:Travel requirements: Travelling may be required up to 30% of your time.Whyjoin Nippon Gases?At Nippon Gases, we're a reliable partner for key industries, combining global expertise with a local touch to make areal difference.
