Multiplica Talent is looking for you: we are a human resources consultancy focused on recruiting the best digital talent.

We're looking for a Paid Campaign Manager to join the team of a Spanish multinational commercial bank and financial services company to be responsible for developing, launching and measuring the success of the campaigns of their financial products in external media.

As a Campaign Manager you will be responsible for managing the media plan in external channels and optimizing the investment to reach the sales target with the CPA defined in the business plan.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that each project has a clear strategy and an action plan to follow in order to meet the business objectives set.
  • You will define the full funnel strategy, determining where, how and when the campaigns are carried out based on KPIs.
  • You will implement and optimize the campaigns in each platform.
  • You will monitor and analyze the results obtained and the progress of each project.
  • You will detect improvement opportunities and suggestions for change and/or growth in the projects in real-time.

Requirements:

  • Expert consultant focused on objectives (CPA) and business.
  • Extensive experience in planning and implementation of online campaigns in Social Ads, Google Adwords, Display, App Stores, RTG, etc.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Ability to create reports and tracking reports.
  • Knowledge of Performance Marketing and definition of KPIs to meet the business needs.
  • You communicate confidently and are assertive in defending your recommendations and action plans.
  • You have initiative and confidence when leading projects; you are responsible and organized.
  • You have the capacity to manage different projects at the same time and the know-how to prioritize.
