What you'll be doing:

  • Brand Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand marketing report to monitor performance metrics, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with brand targets.
  • Creative Performance Analysis: Track the performance of all marketing channels with a strong focus on creative effectiveness. Provide monthly actionable insights to campaign and design teams, propose optimizations to existing assets, and oversee the delivery of iterated creative batches.
  • AI and Process Optimization: Drive innovation and efficiency by owning AI developments (in collaboration with the Martech team) and scaling processes to support higher creative volumes. Continuously identify trends, improvement areas, and automation opportunities to enhance brand performance.
  • Cross-Team Coordination & Roadmap Ownership: Act as the day-to-day contact for the Growth and Campaign teams, owning the end-to-end performance creative roadmap. Coordinate all go-live activities, manage monthly deliverables across channels, and ensure timely delivery of localized assets. Lead weekly alignment meetings, optimize workflows, and plan asset volumes to ensure smooth, on-time execution.
  • Planning & Investment: Manage go-live timelines and integrate them into creative planning. Collaborate on budget recommendations across countries, channels, and formats to ensure optimal investment allocation.
  • BTL Support: Support the team with below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities when needed.

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in Content planning, Campaign management or Performance Marketing
  • Good knowledge of all digital channels paid and organic. TV is a big plus
  • A team player who works proactively, persistent and solution-oriented
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Great communicator and relationship builder
  • Data-driven, with good analytical skills and curiosity about creatives
  • Great tool management of analytics reports pulled from Campaign Manager 360, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other reporting platforms inclusive of key insights and actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance
  • Demonstrate excellence in pulling insights out of data to better inform the brand and growth teams of current performance as well as provide informed recommendations to improve campaign performance
  • Advanced English and Spanish is a big plus
