Depending on the role, responsibilities include:

  • Machine Learning Engineer: Build and optimize ML pipelines, design evaluation frameworks, scale training and inference, and collaborate on model compression and post-training improvements.
  • Engineering Manager: Lead and motivate technical teams, set objectives, ensure timely delivery, implement best practices, and foster professional growth.
  • Technical Project Manager: Drive end-to-end ML/LLM project lifecycles, manage cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical plans, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Perfil del candidato

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Physics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical roles or project management within AI/ML environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teams.
  • English fluency required; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred:

  • Experience with LLMs, NLP, or advanced AI technologies.
  • Leadership experience or prior involvement in managing technical projects.
