Misión del puesto
Buscamos una Business Development Manager senior para liderar el desarrollo comercial en Estados Unidos, con experiencia demostrable y cartera activa de clientes en el canal gourmet USA.
Será responsable de abrir y escalar mercado, cerrar acuerdos estratégicos y construir relaciones de largo plazo con los principales actores del sector.

Responsabilidades clave
Desarrollo y ejecución de la estrategia comercial en USA.
Gestión y activación de cartera propia de clientes gourmet y premium (distribuidores, retailers, horeca).
Apertura de nuevos clientes y mercados dentro de EE. UU.
Negociación y cierre de acuerdos comerciales.
Coordinación con marketing y dirección para posicionamiento de marca.
Reporting comercial y seguimiento de objetivos.
Representación de la marca en ferias y eventos internacionales (USA / Europa).

Perfil requerido (imprescindible)
Experiencia mínima de 5–7 años en desarrollo de negocio internacional.
Cartera demostrable de clientes en el canal gourmet USA (requisito clave).
Experiencia previa en alimentación premium / gourmet (aceite, vino, delicatessen, specialty food).
Alto nivel de inglés profesional (negociación).
Capacidad real de cierre y orientación a resultados.
Mentalidad emprendedora, autónoma y estratégica.
Residencia en España (viajes frecuentes a USA).
No buscamos perfiles junior ni comerciales sin red real en USA.
