As a Customer Service Expert, you will play a key role in managing the full order‑to‑delivery process for our customers. You will process orders across multiple channels, coordinate order handling, invoicing, and logistics, and build strong, long‑term customer relationships. You will also collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, improve service levels, and optimize delivery performance. Essential Job Functions:

  • Process customer orders accurately and on time across all channels with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Coordinate order processing, invoicing, shipping, and delivery with plants, warehouses, freight forwarders, and logistics teams.
  • Manage the full order fulfillment cycle from order entry to customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer requests and order changes while maintaining clear documentation.
  • Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
  • Resolve customer issues by working closely with internal teams across Sales, Quality, Product Management, Transportation, and Warehousing.
  • Monitor and manage backorders to ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery.
  • Handle import/export and shipping documentation including letters of credit and special export requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing procedures and customer needs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent problem‑solving ability and sound judgment.
  • Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis; VBA is a plus).
  • Proficiency in SAP SD (order management, pricing, billing).
  • Knowledge of SAP MM (inventory, purchasing, MRP)
