Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Assistant located in Barcelona, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collaborating with other team members to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Experience in customer service, customer support, and a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and professionally address customer needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating self-discipline and adaptability.
- Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Basic proficiency in CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous.
