AMI is looking today for
Customer Service
to join our European team. This role reports to the Operations Director in Barcelona and works with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

· Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery.

· Coordinate transportation and prepare customs documentation as required.

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction.

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

· Identify and assess customers' needs.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

· Ensure invoicing to be completed accurately and on time.

· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and suppliers.

· Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and suppliers.

Skills required for the position:

· Proven experience in customer service or a related role.

· Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

· Fluent in Spanish

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

· A keen eye for detail and a commitment to offering high-quality service.
