Ce que vous ferez au quotidien:


Recrutement IT sur-mesure

Vous prendrez en charge l'intégralité du processus de recrutement sur des profils technologiques (Cloud, Data, Dev, CRM, SAP…).

  • Sourcing actif via LinkedIn, job boards et votre propre réseau
  • Entretiens approfondis pour évaluer les compétences et la compatibilité avec les besoins clients
  • Accompagnement personnalisé des candidats tout au long du process
  • Négociation des conditions d'embauche (salaire, démarrage, etc.)


Développement commercial stratégique

Vous développerez et gérerez votre propre portefeuille client en :

  • Prospectant activement (call, mails, networking…)
  • Identifiant de nouvelles opportunités et générant des leads qualifiés
  • Négociant les conditions commerciales
  • Construisant des relations solides et durables avec vos partenaires


Construction de votre réseau IT

  • Vous créerez un réseau puissant dans l'écosystème tech grâce à vos qualités relationnelles et aux outils à votre disposition. Vous serez reconnu(e) comme un interlocuteur(trice) de confiance, autant pour les clients que pour les talents.

Compétences Recherchées

  • Tu maîtrises parfaitement le français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Tu viens d'un environnement commercial ou tu as envie de t'y lancer (business development, ingénieur d'affaires, immobilier, call center, etc.).
  • Tu as un esprit de chasseur : tu aimes convaincre, prospecter et atteindre tes objectifs.
  • Tu es motivé(e), ambitieux(se), résilient(e) et toujours prêt(e) à relever de nouveaux défis.
  • Tu es curieux(se) du secteur tech/IT et tu veux évoluer dans un environnement en constante évolution.
