What you'll do (No prior IT or recruitment experience need)

360 Recruitment
(full training provided)

If you love sales, this is where you'll shine. You'll:

  • Prospect new clients via calls, emails and social selling
  • Pitch our services and generate opportunities with decision-makers
  • Negotiate commercial terms
  • Build long-lasting partnerships with companies across the Benelux

Business Development & Sales

You'll build your own client portfolio by:

  • Actively prospecting via cold calls, email outreach and networking
  • Identifying new opportunities and generating qualified leads
  • Negotiating commercial terms
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with your partners

Build Your Network & Brand

You'll quickly become a
trusted advisor
in the tech ecosystem by:

  • Growing your own network of candidates and clients
  • Attending events, meetups and industry gatherings
  • Positioning yourself as a specialist in a booming market

Who You Are:

This role is perfect for you if you're:

  • A
    fluent Dutch speaker
    with strong motivation to grow
  • Coming from
    sales, call center, telesales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or entrepreneurial projects
  • Sales-driven: you enjoy talking to people, pitching, negotiating, closing
  • Ambitious, proactive, competitive, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious about the tech market and eager to learn
  • Looking for a

  • No technical knowledge needed —
