profesional con perfil técnico y orientación comercial
para impulsar nuestro crecimiento y consolidar nuestra presencia a nivel nacional.
Requisitos del perfil:
Formación técnica (Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería o similar), complementada con formación en ventas, gestión empresarial o similares.
Experiencia mínima de 10 años en posiciones de desarrollo de negocio o gestión comercial.
Valorable experiencia en el sector inmobiliario, despachos de arquitectura o ámbito Real Estate.
Conocimientos de SAP CRM (valorable).
Alta capacidad para la gestión de clientes, negociación y apertura de nuevos mercados.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Captación, fidelización y gestión de la cartera de clientes.
- Identificación de oportunidades de negocio.
- Expansión comercial en nuevos mercados.
- Presentación y negociación de propuestas y ofertas.
- Seguimiento de la base de datos y pipeline de clientes.
Ofrecemos:
Salario fijo + comisiones + bonus anual.
Contrato indefinido.
Formación interna y acompañamiento técnico.
Jornada completa.
