This role is about coordination, structure, and maintaining momentum. You will ensure timelines align, meetings are purposeful, and actions are followed through. The position requires strong organizational skills, resilience, and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders. We are looking for someone proactive, results-oriented, and experienced in driving deliverables forward.Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate governance forums, working groups, and stakeholder meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Support the Programme Director with planning, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation (RAID logs, decision registers, action trackers).
• Prepare high-quality program-level presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership audiences.
• Act as the central point of coordination across marketing, HR, technology, and communications workstreams.
• Manage the overarching program timeline across all streams.
• Track cross-stream dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Project Coordinator - Brand & Communications fluent in English

• Experience in project coordination, PMO, or program support roles, ideally in complex or cross-functional environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow up effectively, escalate when necessary, and keep activities on track.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Planner, Asana, or similar).
• Excellent presentation and design skills (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Proactive approach and ability to anticipate next steps.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus but not required.
• Experience in brand, marketing, or communications programs.
