Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Coordinator based in Barcelona. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, supporting sales and promotional efforts, organizing and planning events, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution. This role involves communication with clients and partners, as well as creating marketing content and materials.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content
  • Sales skills and understanding of promotional strategies to support marketing initiatives
  • Experience with event planning, including coordination and execution of events and promotional activities
  • Project management skills for organizing campaigns, timelines, and collaboration across teams
  • Ability to analyze marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is considered an advantage
