Buscamos Project Coordinator (Barcelona)

Actualmente, en
agap2
, estamos ampliando nuestro equipo y buscamos un/a
Project Coordinator
para dar soporte en un proyecto estratégico dentro del área de
Motor Business Line.

El rol tendrá un impacto directo en el
rollout de un nuevo CMS
y actuará como punto de apoyo clave para garantizar una integración fluida entre equipos globales, locales, IT y negocio.

Sobre tus funciones:
En este puesto, trabajarás estrechamente con el Project Manager y con múltiples equipos internacionales para asegurar la correcta ejecución del proyecto.

Entre tus responsabilidades principales destacan:

  • Dar soporte al
    Project Manager
    en la planificación y ejecución del proyecto.
  • Interactuar con
    stakeholders globales y locales
    (diferentes GEOs).
  • Preparar y actualizar
    Project Reports
    , documentación y entregables.
  • Coordinar reuniones del proyecto: preparación de agendas, actas y seguimiento de acciones.
  • Realizar el
    tracking del progreso
    , riesgos, issues y actualizaciones del plan.
  • Gestionar documentación del proyecto: planes, reports, change requests…
  • Dar soporte en actividades con proveedores y otros equipos de trabajo.
  • Aportar ideas para la
    mejora continua
    de los procesos de project management.

Sobre tu perfil:
Buscamos una persona organizada, proactiva y orientada al detalle, con ganas de crecer en un entorno internacional. Idealmente cuentas con:

  • Experiencia previa (o prácticas) en
    gestión o coordinación de proyectos
    .
  • Buen manejo de herramientas IT y nivel alto de
    Microsoft Office
    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Capacidad de organización, comunicación y gestión de múltiples tareas.
  • Conocimientos básicos de herramientas de project management (MS Project, Jira, Trello…).
  • Certificación CAPM / PMP (valorables pero no imprescindibles).
  • Experiencia previa gestionando stakeholders y colaborando en proyectos transversales.
