Job brief
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Leader for our client focused on driving digital transformation in the global beauty industry through unparalleled AI-powered SaaS products. The candidate will lead the European market expansion efforts.
Since the business may involve software customization issues, the ideal candidate should have a certain background in program development or software project management, and possess rich customer development experience. At the same time, this position requires relocation to France, so we welcome sales experts with an in-depth understanding of the French market who are willing to work in France to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, particularly in the beauty tech industry, and extensive experience managing all stages of the sales cycle. This senior role requires strong negotiation skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a strategic mindset to drive growth.
- Lead and mentor the European business development team.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the EU customer base.
- Build strong relationships with clients and prospects, leveraging industry connections.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely delivery.
- Identify and pursue new SaaS and B2B opportunities.
- Manage high-level inquiries, partnerships, and lead generation across multiple channels.
- Maintain up-to-date sales collateral and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
- Candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related fields, or with experience in software/SaaS development are preferred.
- Years of sales/business development experience, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven success in SaaS or CRM sales and the beauty tech industry.
- Experience of leading and growing a business development team.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within Europe as needed.
- Willing to relocate to France for work.
