In this role you act as the central service delivery contact, owning the account’s financial health and strategic direction. You design and execute delivery plans aligned to customer priorities, using data-driven insights to boost efficiency and portfolio growth. You lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales and CXMs to ensure solutions meet expectations and deliver measurable value. You’ll drive continuous improvement with AI-powered tools and automation for reporting and planning. This is an opportunity to shape long-term delivery strategies within Cisco’s portfolio and contribute to scalable, secure AI-enabled solutions.
Create and execute comprehensive service delivery plans balancing financial health, resources, and customer objectivesTake ownership of financial approvals (scope, pricing, margin) to keep projects on time and within budgetLead QBRs and delivery workshops to showcase performance and identify expansion opportunitiesDrive continuous improvement by integrating AI-driven tools and automation for reporting and planningAnalyze complex customer needs to shape long-term delivery strategies aligned with Cisco’s portfolio and growth targetsFacilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, Sales, and CXMs for unified delivery and fast issue resolutionBachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience or Master’s with 4+ years3+ years of experience managing service delivery across multiple accounts with P&L oversight and financial planningExperience in process improvement using data xqziphu analytics, automation tools and AI-driven toolsExperience presenting financial metrics to executive stakeholders during business reviewsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support) to execute customer-facing projectsCross-functional collaborationExecutive stakeholder communicationConflict resolution and escalation managementAI-driven tools and automation for reportingData analytics for delivery optimization
