This role will report to the Chief Digital Health R&D Officer and be responsible for the digital health office and Strategic Digital Council secretary across global and Top 6 markets, driving the top prioiritise agreed at Digital SET (SET is the COE leadership team)

This role will coordinate the overall digital health scorecard, goals and plans and lead all aspects of delivery in digital health, digital priority programmes as part of digital SET, Change Management, Learning, and Communications initiatives partnering across the key R&D Stakeholders, the Function value framework, operations and management reporting to R&D leadership and SET. Recognised as an inspiring leader and expert within own area of specialisation.
- Responsible for planning the Strategic Digital council and Digital SET annual calendar in agreement with the council chairs.
- Lead the council meeting, incl. agenda and actions and supports the Digital SET preparation on a quarterly basis.
- Drive the visibility of delivery and benefits across digital priority programmes, and the digital reporting view for SET.
- Promote Best practice sharing across the council to accelerate learning and delivery of the 4 pillar Digital Health strategy
- Drive annual goal alignment between digital health, programmes and relevant functions to ensure goal alignment.
- Responsible for defining of the digital health value proposition and driving adoption in the company governance. (incl. promoting learning in the GPT partner community)
- Accountable for the design, execution and progress of digital health leadership meetings and reporting of the Digital Health R&D functional capability build.
- Support significantly the Digital Health R&D strategy and its delivery of goals.
- Drive Digital Health Stakeholder management, including Cross functional Collaborator forums across R&D and the newly established R&D Digital Council).
- Formulates long range plans conforming to function/overall group growth objectives and implements plans agreed with Chief Digital Health Officer. Constantly reviews such plans considering changing resourcing, execution and financial circumstances
- Lead functional performance management processes (Scorecard, Quarterly Business Update, Critical Metrics, Efficiency)
- Leads the development of new methodologies or process to provide business benefit
- Lead effective demand and capacity management and planning & control processes across Digital Health R&D as well as various skill sourcing groups, collaborating closely with Digital Health R&D leadership to ensure aligned decision making across the function
- Responsible for providing governance and processes within Digital Health to coordinate activities across groups. Ensures that tactical leadership decisions are implemented in order for the business to achieve its objectives
- Leads or coordinates a diverse range of initiatives to improve quality, compliance, cost or speed of projects across Digital Health R&D where appropriate
- Leads Audit activities in coordination with Internal Audit and Quality assurance and drives the definition and implementation of related process improvements (in collaboration with ORD COO)
- Accountable for the design and delivery of organisational change, learning and communication plans (partnering with the ORD COO function) for the solutions built and/ or changed by Digital Health R&D for patients and end users, based on role base plans
