- **Intern for our Purchase Order Coordinators department** (4 to 6 months) based in**During your internship, you will**:

- Have a direct impact on the team’s results and make a footprint with implementing ideas of improvements
- Understand end to end Procurement admin processes in a multicultural team and environment
- Support PO Coordinators in different projects, in particular those linked to the automation of our processes
- Be learning how to use SAP (ERP system) for everyday use and reports and understand “Requisition to Pay” end-to-end process
- Learn how to be problem-solving, how to report to your manager and follow your KPIs
- Support vendors in PO Confirmation process, discover different tools to mass book invoices, and support the automation project
- Depending on how the knowledge flows, many other projects could be defined, such as understanding the root causes of issues and suggesting/implementing improvements that are beneficial for the team and the company, distribution of internal mail

**You will have**:

- High level of English and another language. Spanish, German or French will be an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft office Word and advanced level of Excel
- Knowledge of automation tools/software desired
